My daughter is at UNC Charlotte studying Cyber Security and criminal justice. I am excited for her and all the adventures she will be facing. She has not decided to go government or military. What are the pros and cons? Which path first?

I suggest military cyber. That will get her a clearance she can use for civilian government or other civilian work

Same advice I shared with her. I stated that maybe she can start in National Guard in NC where she is studying and if not cyber intel at this time until she completes her study. She has already interned for a a cyber contract group out of VA and has some current skill sets that could be used currently.
