Got my web cam today. Plugged it in and it just worked.
It just. . .
worked.
Now to figure out which is best - Kazam, Cheese, or my kdenlive capture feature. Any ideas ?

SGT (Join to see) I have always used Cheese myself. I do not use a webcam that often, so the last time I used it was a couple of years ago. Bookmarked the site for future reference.

SSgt Mark Lines - Harder to fight the issue. For example, what happens when tape doesn't work - thermal, IR,etc?

SGT (Join to see) That is a good question. Something I need to think on. Luckily right now, laptop cameras do not have that capability.
