A New Way to Wage a Ground War: The Heavy Infantry Fighting Vehicle

All machines are designed with compromises. Once those compromises are known tactics can quickly adapt to defeat them. Compromises can't adapt. Thus, Infantry and armor should always fight in concert covering each other's weaknesses.

It will be interesting to see how this fits into current military strategy.

I remember an old saying from my R&D days about vehicle survivability: Don't be seen. If you are seen, don't be hit. If you are hit, don't be penetrated. If you are penetrated, don't be killed.
