The religious exceptions have been expanded mainly due to Sikhs who have fought for their beards and headdress for many years. The Hijab is an extension of this same exemption.

A member of the Armed Forces can sue when a Constitutional right is being violated, but the soldier still must request this from the Command and start with the JAG office.

My opinion is that if you join the Army u will meet the Army standards if you don’t like something just don’t join maybe the Army is not what u need.
