Why is this tagged "Humor"? What is"derailment"? That is not a financial term. If this is real, Illinois should revert to the status of a territory.

As I was trying to determine what to publish this under, I went for Budget and Humor. The budget is obvious, the humor comes from years of Illinois Democrats doing exactly the same thing year after year, digging themselves deeper and deeper. I think its funny. FYI: I also believe that Hillary was supposed to bail out the state and transfer the debt to the American people. Another reason to be happy that Trump won.
