It used to be relatively common for the Air Force to hammer Officers for Adultery. That usually came AFTER counseling from the boss to curtail it. They were especially sensitive about the subject if it involved another service member.

If and I say if he is found guilty, they should fry his @$$. There is no place for this especially in the leadership role he was in. Prejudicial to good order and discipline.

This one involved fraternization and I'm going to assume that the Air Force covers that in Basic Training, so there were two stupid people that gave into their desires for sex. While I have no sympathy for this officer, I would hope that the service member he was involved with also was charged. You don't shit where you eat works both ways.
