I remember reading about this after reading Clancy's novel. I was shocked a Soviet officer was wanting to do it.

Seems all Putin had done is feed on the Russians and never had a legitimate civilian job but in now had Billions of dollars Himself. Another self serving, corrupt Communist who could care less than how many Russians soldier died, there is money to be made. Like Joseph Stalin and others He is out of control !

CPO Nate S. - Either prison or death for Putin otherwise I doubt He will change. It's not going well for the Russians themselves Him anyway but that doesn't seem to have stopped Him. History is full of people like Him and He won't control Himself so someone needs to remove Him from power.

Well, it sounds like a 1917 "Russian Revolution" moment or even a 1989 Tiananmen Square (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1989_Tiananmen_Square_protests_and_massacre) moment. Both did not end well for very different reasons.

You know it is bad when Putin needs the North Koreans to fight for him. Frankly, Ukraine needs to be a part of NATO. Should have been some time ago. But when you sleep with the devil for political reasons you get burned. Frankly we have been singed good!
