I anger quickly when a person's personal believe contributes to the preventable death of another.

I too anger quickly when a preventable death occurs. There is information we do not know.
Those two women died following rare complications involving the FDA-approved abortion medications mifepristone and misoprostol. We don't know why those two women took the mifepristone and misoprostol. We do know they got it from out of state. I take that as a strong indicator that their reason for the abortion did not meet the bar of necessity to prevent "irreversible physical impairment" or death of the mother.
So, I think that in all likelihood, had those women not aborted their child they AND their child would be alive. I'm angry that 4 peoples' preventable deaths occurred.
