That article remined me of my own life. In my own life, when I entered the Air Force My first Aircraft to work on was a WWII B29 med bomber The year
I ended my Airforce career the last Aircraft I working and flying on was the replacement for the B29 that is the B50 WWII med bomber. But mine was converted a KB50J in air refueling with two added Jets. So I know how he felt.
