It's a video covering the Maryland "Assault Weapons Ban". What I most noticed was Maryland's use of the term "M16 and the like". To me, that's guns that will fire on auto or burst mode. Not guns that only fire in Semi - Auto, one squeeze, one bullet. "Assault Weapon" is a made up nomenclature. In truth, there are only Single Shot, Semi Automatic, and Machine Guns. None of these are Banned, although procuring a Machine Gun is going to cost more than the other 2. I fully believe that SCOTUS will find for the Pro 2A side in this case and end all such bans in the process. I also think the Machine gun will remain difficult to procure for some time.

I'm going to adopt a 'wait and see' stance on this. I don't think democrats will ever stop trying ban weapons and will forever try to do an end around every protection.. You can't subjugate an armed citizenry and that is what they want, subjugation and total control of power.

You should see the graffiti around town since the election. Liberals are calling for open warfare and the comrade mayor along with the commie council are doing nothing about it. Last Spring someone laid rubber across a crosswalk painted with LGBTQ whatever colors and immediately they passed ordinances making such conduct criminal.
