What Kind of Damage Will the Supreme Court Inflict This Term?

I wasn't even through with the 1st paragraph, when I knew I was reading fiction. This a view from the left. Sadly there will be folks that take all this innuendo and guesswork, and run with it as fact. The 1st Amendment says the source of this opinion has the right to voice it, and it's up to you, the readers/listeners to decide whether or not to believe it.
