Um no - that looks like him trying to pass that off as his wife and kids. I guess when you have your party's VP candidate talking about how worthless child free people are...not surprised this guy would do this. Oh wait no - he said women who are child free are worthless and "cat ladies." It's only bad when women choose not to reproduce. If men don't, it's usually cool.
