I believe it is the rhetoric of politicians and their lies that inflame the general public. Remember John McCain campaigning against Obama? The lady says Obama is a Muslim and McCain quickly corrects her. We need that consistently today

No, I understand. My point is, it's getting so much worse. From Bush and on I've watched how the rhetoric gets nastier and even more personal. The Media used to simply just let it happen. Now they are actively taking part of it. Few people if any are coming out against it, and when they actually do, we hear and see very little of it.
