The trial is doing what the Dems wanted, to reduce Trump's ability to campaign. You Think Trump will get any remuneration for his wasted time?

No. nor should he be entitled to any, under normal circumstances.
He *may* have a case for malicious prosecution. But bringing that case will tie him up in more court - and be yet another distraction. And when he inevitably loses that case (it is NY, after all), all of a sudden he will be hit with another defamation suit for daring to say that Bragg was politically motivated.
So, no, he will not be recompensed in any way. And, unless he sues - which is not in his best interest - he should not be entitled to any.
Yes, the trial is serving its purpose to keep Trump off the campaign trail. But make no mistake, it is ALSO helping Trump's campaign. It is playing right into Trumps "deep state" and "They're out to get me" and "weaponization" campaign talking points. Is it obstructing Trump? Sure. But it is doing far less harm to his campaign than he wants you to think.
