This DEI is with put in by the Biden administration and others. Why should President Biden want to tax white people more?And why should there be separate black graduations? I don't buy into ethnic and racial bigotry as belonging to any particular demography. Haters make sure everyone is targeted except themselves - so how they define themselves determines who they consider "the other" to be.
Used to be families and schools taught everyone that good character is what matters in life - so if we must dislike "others" to feel good about ourselves, then perhaps its character that counts.
