When I worked in the corporate office in Oak Brook, IL we used to take our lunch to walk in the woods just to see and listen to the cicadas. I find it pleasant and with my tinnitus feel like I relive it daily. Tinnitus is not as pleasant

We have them here in Georgia. When they start up it sounds like heavy equipment operating a couple of blocks away. My wife says it makes her ears bleed.
