I think it means the rules should be reset to the time when it took more than a simple majority to get things done. Force those folks to start working together. And when nothing gets done because of it, replace some of them.

It makes no difference which party holds the speakership Brother Dale, the dems are in charge. This applies to the majority leader of the senate also. Politicians don't care about the people anymore, it's all about advancing the individual.
