I believe that Sexual Assault and Sexual Abuse should have NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS...but if brought forward, there needs to be credible evidence to prosecute...I say that becasue there have been some that have accused someone only becasue they did them wrong in some dealing, or it was consensual and now they are changing their tune only to find out later it was consensual or that nothing ever happened and they just wanted to press charges to smear the individual...if there is evidence then by all means prosecute but I am afraid that too many people will say things like, I think it happened here or may be there but I don't remember the day or year or what Iwas wearing but I definitely remember it was him/her.
