EVERY POLITICIAN VOTES OR RULES WITHIN THE LAW AND ALL OF THEM HAVE SOME BACKGROUND BIAS! He is no exception. I have never seen a justice or judge not rule based ontheir subjective reasoning! He just doesn't fit the lefts agenda so lets attack his beleifs...democrat 101!

MSG Stan Hutchison - They do but you and I both know Republican or Democrat they always rule on their interpretation of the law which is unintentionally biased from their beliefs and upbringing...that is why we (USA) always have a fight over who sits on the supreme court!
