Seems Dr Mann’s suit against Dr Ball didn’t work so well. Ball claimed the numbers creating the hooky stick graft were “cooked”. All Mann had to do was produce his data and he refused. The court kicked the case out and ordered Mann to pay Ball’s legal fees. Steyn is brilliant and so far has repeatedly body slammed Mann in the court of public opinion as the case “ wound through the constipated bowels of the legal system” as Steyn says. Steyn wrote a book called, “A Disgrace to His Profession” which is what other scientists have voiced or written About Mann. https://fisherynation.com/archives/83520
