I read this three times and it still comes out "very strange". I have had to remove Ireland as one of my possible ex-pat locations.

It has been a couple decades, but when I visited it was an absolutely beautiful land with charming and (mostly) friendly people.
And yes, their Guinness is different from ours (but I still didn't like it - not a stout fan, or really even a beer fan).
Sad to see the direction they appear to be heading.
And I think this has far more to do with his condemnation of the PM over the PM's discussion of Emily Hand. This is just an excuse to retaliate. Which is even sadder.
