If Biden is all for Democracy why is Biden consistently trying to suppress or violate Americans rights guaranteed by the Constitution? Freedom of speech, right to bare arms etc?

He is simply using a playbook from the past to stay in power, "I'm here to protect you and to do so we must do X,Y, and Z." He is protecting Democracy so all of those things he wants to do is for the greater good must be right. I'm sure most of Germany in 1945 would tell you protecting your freedoms by the government can be a very poor idea and trusting the government our Native Americans in the US can vouch to the dangers there. The great thing about history for those that want to lead with an iron fist, so many do not bother to learn history and about evil leaders.
