People have died because of the Biden actions. Treason.
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
The law is pretty clear. I am glad it is not my decision.

If he gets any prison sentence, I believe it will be spent at a minimum security camp. Everyone else would be at a medium security correctional institution. Should Joe pardon his son (which I could understand as a dad) this term, it would be the death knell of his reelection campaign, or the signal he's not running again.
