How about the rest of the situation at the border created by the Biden policies...?
What situation did his policies create? Biden has largely kept a lot of Trump's border policies in place. As of March 2023, they still had in place Title 42, Trump's biggest border policy.
What I can tell was changed is the Biden administration recognized that overcrowding in Border Patrol centers was unsafe and dangerous and would try to stop that.
Also if you actually read the article: "In examining more than two dozen facilities across 16 states from 2017 to 2019, these expert inspectors found "negligent" medical care (including mental health care), "unsafe and filthy" conditions, racist abuse of detainees, inappropriate pepper-spraying of mentally ill detainees and other problems that, in some cases, contributed to detainee deaths."
Who was the administration 2017-2019? Now Biden administration did fight to stop these reports from being public (as did Trump's). But this came from a FOIA request. It took two years to get a judge to approve it.
So what "Biden border policies" are you exactly talking about?
