The U.S. military’s highest appeals court ruled Thursday that troops do not have the right to a unanimous verdict in criminal trials, upholding a disparity between military and civilian courts that dates back to the country’s founding.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL I can't say I really ever gave it much thought as to that there didn't have to be a unanimous decision. But then again, if you don't get into enough trouble that you need a court martial why would one be concerned about it?!
