LTC Eugene Chu I Know nothing about Target's Experience in the Canadian Market but Closer to Home. Between Target and Walmart I think Target is a Much Better Organization. I LIke their Stores Better. Better Yet Target is just a Mile away while Walmart is 5 Miles away. Convenience is Important.

My first reaction was corporations making assumptions and not knowing their target audience, and the video does show that is a factor, however the majority seems to be just poor business assumptions on how to address infrastructure issues (i.e., "making assumptions about foreign business practices").

Target's main issue was supply chain issues and McDonalds remained steadfast in sourcing materials outside the country after the 2008 crash and import prices were exorbitant compared to sourcing locally.

Harley Davidson - yeah, that's just not knowing your target market.
