The FBI are not private contractors. Congress represents THE PEOPLE. The FBI work for THE PEOPLE. Congress provides OVERSIGHT on the other COEQUAL branches of government. If they refuse to answer or provide documents they should be held in CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS and then JAILED.
