The FBI needs to be disbanded.

Not going to agree with you on this one.There is a need for this type of Agency. Politics Shouldn't be part of the equation though. Maybe instead of 1 Director calling the shots, a Tribunal or Panel. Chosen through the same type process as SCOTUS Judges, But with limits on tenure.
