It's scary that the world so easily recognizes his weakness but
the Democrat Party doesn't/cannot reciprocate the observation.

They do. They just have decided that creating a politburo behind the scenes is the way to run the country. They are the puppet masters and Biden is the puppet. Can't say mouthpiece, because he can't speak 2 sentences without going off track, none of the masters could get elected, so the special interest groups get their way and the country suffers.
