'No Sense of Urgency': Mental Health Calls to VA Go Unanswered

Lt Col Charlie Brown Unacceptable that so many calls are not being answered or cancelled. Veterans deserve better. If the V.A. can't find help they need to have an outsource to help those in desperate need.

The VA needs a complete overhaul, and bring in people that will do their jobs, instead of just being there just for the paycheck ma'am Lt Col Charlie Brown

An absolute disgrace. I accept that hiring for anything these days is more challenging than it used to be but there has to be a better way here; this is surely mission critical
