Ageism is real in Hollywood. And actresses, no matter how stunning, talented or charismatic, are consistently reminded that there is a silent yet deafening ticking clock on their careers.

No, but the Trans and LGBTQABCDEF...gap will shrink. More and more shows in Primetime TV are pushing Gay and Lesbian relationships in their shows. I think they are trying to "Out Woke" the other channels.
