I spent time training and doing sprint triathlons after I retired. One of the ladies I trained with was in her third trimester and she did a sprint, 300 yard swim, 12 mile bike ride and 5k run. . There is a picture of when she finished the swim getting out of the water next to some guy whose lats looked like Phelps’s. She was so fast swimming.
