Warmongering General speaks out of his lane against his civilian leadership. How does he really know that the U.S. and China will go to war in two years or less? The balloon incident has hallucinated General Minihan.

He actually spoke out to his command long before the balloon incident. His point was that his command should be focused on preparing for war rather than all of the woke crap. He was rather blunt in his use of words and thus the problem.
