Why Are Some Late-Night Brawls Breaking Out at Waffle House?

Cause like my friends dad used to say...only three things open after midnight...Police Stations, Hospitals, and legs...ain't none of them good for you and all three either mean you are in trouble or headed that way! Probably the reason for late night issues is that folks are drunk or high late night early morning and that loud mouthed soup gets them in trouble all the time.
