Belated update from December 2022...Kim Klacik, a strip club owner and failed GOP candidate, sued conservative pundit, Candace Owens for defamation back in August 2021. Lawsuit was dismissed due to SLAPP laws. Klacik was ordered to pay Owens' legal fees and court costs.

Why is this significant.. Most States make the losers of the lawsuits pay court costs.. That's why it is called anti slapp.
