Lt Col Charlie Brown Before someone can undergo gender reassignment they should be required to talk to at least twenty others who have done this surgery.

I believe the vast majority of people undergoing sex change surgery have a problem of body dysmorphia. It is sad the medical community pushes people into these irreversible decisions

I'm not sure they push it, but they do comply Willy nilly, poor choice of words. They do seem to advocate for people to do this and IMHO if we knew the whole story many live to regret the change.
