Jim Jordan has been criticized over reports the Ohio congressman will head attempts by the GOP to investigate and subpoena federal agencies like the FBI.
Laurence Tribe, professor emeritus of constitutional law at Harvard University, was reacting to the claims made by The New York Times that House Republicans plan to set up a new special subcommittee to probe what they call the "weaponization" of the federal government by the Biden administration.
Jordan, who is expected to become chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is set to oversee the panel.

I do believe federal agencies come under congressional over site. I d believe it is unconstitutional for the FBI to attempt to subvert peoples rights.

Naive first sergeant Mark Gomez doesn't want to admit that the FBI doesn't prosecute people who are committing felonies in front of the Supreme Court Justices but they aren't disagreement with and the FBI also is targeting people who don't care about transgender and critical race Theory and who are confronting school boards the FBI considers those parents as domestic terrorists. The weaponized FBI is no accident and it's being done on purpose but this Administration. Elon Musk has now exposed the secrets manipulating of social media by the fbi, the defense intelligence agency and other entities within the US government. Republicans could never do anything in Congress because of Democrats having the majority. Besides the FBI meddling, we also have the Federal Reserve that doesn't want to give information on 150 flag transactions present Biden's crackhead son Hunter because we know that some of that money went to President Biden. This is all self-inflicted by democrats on themselves.
