Woke? I Know it was After My Time, Not sure if I watched it with My Children or Grandchildren but what I remember it was the Very Definition of "Woke" or More Correctly treating other people with Dignity.

These are the "WOKE" things I was addressing, I apologize if you disagree but this is how I feel.

I have no issue with teaching kids that all people deserve to be treated well. Stranger Danger and he safety of our kids should be emphasized as well.

Our Schools need to be focused on core subjects Reading, Writing, Science, and Math. There have been a number of studies where Graduation Seniors read and or write at a 4th or 5th grade level, that is just not right. Kids in school do not need to be exposed to Drag Queens or most other types of "Adult" topics.

Kids need History, true History. Slavery is a horrible institution that has been practiced in every segment of Human History and is actually color blind. It is still practiced today in a few parts of the world. The US is one of the first major nations to outlaw Slavery.

I have an issue teaching kids that white people are the reason black or brown people cant be get ahead. There are NO segments of society, the workforce, or wealth levels where there are no People of Color. The playing field is not yet perfectly level but if someone works hard and applies themself they can succeed. There are Lawyers, Doctors, Politicians, Supreme Court Justices, Businessmen and women, CEOs. You name it, they are there.
