That's what they get for "going green" and relying on Russia to produce their energy. I have zero sympathy.

And some Col. Macgregor-speak. Excerpt from link: "...The problem for NATO is the economic hardship wrought by Biden’s sanctions against Moscow are threatening Europe with economic Armageddon. It’s bad enough when European bond and stock futures plunge and the euro dips below parity with the U.S. dollar, but when Paris, the city of light, shuts off its famous night lights to save energy, things are truly horrific..."

Biden and a number of European leaders didn't even think one move ahead. Now many are wondering why they put all their money on a horse named "Pedo Pete"

This is a self-inflicted wound, one that We have participated in. We have allowed ourselves to be stampeded into pursuing a Utopian vision of a Green World. We used to laugh at images of fools on street corners wearing sandwich boards proclaiming that the "Repent! The End of the World is Nigh!"
Well, it wasn't then and isn't now. Climate will change without our help. What we should be doing is preparing to adapt to change rather than building useless barriers to change. Sadly, we have spent the world's wealth pursuing Utopia and it may be there is little enough left to pursue realistic goals. There certainly won't be if we don't begin acting like rational human beings.
Russia? That's just one Putin taking advantage of our self-inflicted wounds...

I believe the Global disargeement was over MAN INDUCED CLIMATE CHANGE not that the CLIMATE WAS CHANGING. The second disagreement was that MAN CAN CHANGE THE WEATHER, something that has never been done successfully or consistently even with silver nitrate. So let us keep our arguments straight please.
