Toys R Us retail chain is back in 2022. It is now structured as a partnership store with department chain, Macy's.

Bad enough that the wife wants to always go to Macy's - now the kiddos will want to go also

FAO did it back in 2008. We shall see if upcoming economic conditions mirror the 2000s financial crisis or are different.
