Thursday July 7th at 12 Noon, the Navy League of the United States, New York Council National Security Briefing with Fleet Master Chief Raymond Kemp, USN (Ret.).

Members and friends are invited to join us for this exciting second installment of our 2022 National Security Briefing Series, to be held via Zoom on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at noon, Eastern time.

Our special guest, Fleet Master Chief Raymond D. Kemp, USN (Ret.) FLTMC Kemp, will be discussing the changes and developments in Naval Aviation since Top Gun in 1986. Click the link to register.

Raymond Kemp served as Fleet Master Chief for Europe and Africa based in Italy. He served as the Command Master Chief on the carrier USS Harry S. Truman and the destroyer USS Mason DDG 87. He also served as a Petty Officer aboard USS KEARSARGE (LHD 3) when the ship visited NYC for Fleet Week New York in 2006. A native of Oklahoma, he is a graduate of the US Army Sergeant Major School.

FMC Kemp a frequent speaker on military and public topics is an appointee to the American Battle Monuments Commission. He recently represented the Commission at Memorial Day services in Nettuno, Italy and at the 80th Anniversary commemoration of the Battle of Midway held at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
