The title is lousy, as they often are. There is no definite "finally", no definite "portal", no definite additional "dimensions" as a result of the research - though CERN is looking to find all of them!
The video is interesting because it sort of shows the symbiotic relationship between theoretical physics and paranormal/conspiracy theories . . . how they often fuel one another, like when it is not possible to definitely differentiate between coincidence and/or effects - in this case what the Higgs run two at LHC may have caused or contributed to causing. It's approximately nine minutes.
It starts with "supernatural" woo woo clouds during the Higgs run 20 years ago. Then it moves into the science of what's going on at LHD and in the future. Mentions the upgrades that were completed for run three to run at the energy level of 13.6 TeV, and preparations since April of this year for run three which started today, and will continue for two years; the schedule of upgrades after run three; more upgrades at LHC after run four, for run five ; an additional more powerful facility that will go into operation in China; concluding with the mysterious clouds from the Higgs run two at the start . . . woo woo?/theoretical?
