I have an idea -- cut off the energy to the Capital Building except between 8-5 and make idiots who set up this policy of energy limits on us "common" subjects of their rule. Maybe we also ought to put in a time card punch in clock in the Capital and publish how much actual time legislators spend doing real work.; if any REAL WORK is done there.

Looks like it is time for me to go back to my second shift job. Then my natural energy usage will be off-cycle.
