That's the gist of my 18 years active duty. Those have continuously been issues all this time.

I love the idea of going to social media for direct, unfiltered input. Especially Reddit which has a reputation of being a little less "sanitized." Good way to get the straight scoop.
I wish SMA the best of luck with this. We keep hearing about changes to prioritize Soldiers; but 350-1 training just keeps getting more onerous.
