SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Letting go of anger can often be difficult but being angry will not get you anywhere generally speaking. Once you said something you can't take the words back. You may apologize but depending on what was said the receiving party will remember those words for a long long time. Thanks for the post Brother.

Here's One Way I Learned To Deal With Both Anger & Disappointment.
Told To Me By Our Senior Of Brothers JIM, While Living With Him In Central America.
"When You Have A Problem And CAN Do Something About It, By All Means DO It.
If There's NOTHING You Can Do About It; I'd Suggest You Learn To Live With It In Peace,
As There's No Other Logical Choice TO Make."
It Sure Didn't Take Long To Figure This One Out,
And It WORKS Too.!
