5 Supreme Court Justices lied at their confirmation hearings. They all said Roe v Wade was "settled" law.

I never again want to hear any Republican talk about individual freedom, liberty, or government interfering in our personal lives.

This is a sad day for our nation and freedom.

Slavery was settled law, prohibition was settled law etc. The judicial branch is independent branch. It is ridiculous to think a Judicial nominee can say how they will vote during the senate hearing.

LTC David Brown - Both Kavanaugh and Gorsich Stated publicly in their nomination hearings that Roe was "settled" and they would not attempt to change it. They lied, under oath!

MSG Stan Hutchison - they didn’t lie under oath and as ne said, “ as a judge you can not have a preformed conclusion and ignore the arguments.presented”. Funny how all of a sudden everybody on the left understands what a women is, must be handing out biology degrees somewhere on line.. https://www.npr.org/2022/05/03/ [login to see] /roe-v-wade-alito-conservative-justices-confirmation-hearings

Bottom line, if Roe versus Wade is overturned, then each State will develop their own laws dealing with abortion issues.
