A good point. But people like that would use another implement of personal destruction, like knives and swords or a vehicle like an killer SUV.
Your right that someone should be stopped after the initial offenses.
But it is not the gun, knife or the vehicles fault. It is that person and the lack his mentors ability of teaching him what is right and wrong.
Please don’t consider making everyone suffer the consequences. That only a few deserve to suffer.
