If Judge Jackson wasn't prepared for the very obvious questions that Marsha Blackburn posed, then how can she negotiate the weighty questions that she would face as a United States Supreme Court Justice?

She is clearly unqualified and if Democrats go ahead and confirm, it proves beyond the shadow of a doubt their interests do not favor the wellbeing of America or the citizens.

Actually taking the exchange from the rights perspective it didn’t go well but if you take it from the perspective of the Law she was dead on. And yes, a biologist is the correct answer in determining who or what a woman or man is.
And wasn’t it Blackburn that didn’t know the difference between the constitution and the bill of rights? Or was that a different idiot female republican?

Naturally it takes a Democrat to not realize, or ignorantly not know that the Constitution houses the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights is a Separate document, but was added as part of the Constitution in 1791. If you would have read the Federalist Papers, Federalist #84. The Anti-Federalsist felt it necessary to add enumerated Bill of Rights because the Constitution did not add them. The Bill of Rights was added so the Constitution could be ratified.
