SPC Kevin Ford - I think it will be hard to prove mens rea with many involved. The information collected by Joffe dated from 2014, during the Obama administration, to February 2017. As well under the terms of his contract, “the data could be accessed to identify and analyze any security breaches or threats.” Much of the backchannel narrative was centered around data suggesting that a YotaPhone — a Russian-made smartphone rarely seen in the United States — had been used from networks serving the White House, Trump Tower, and Spectrum Health, a Michigan hospital company whose server had also interacted with the Trump server. Spectrum Health servers is not surprising as the Spectrum Health hospital has the DeVos name on the building.
I find it odd that a Yota phone was the needle in the haystack - that company went bankrupt some time ago. As well Russian intelligence are not that stupid and would not use a Russian phone in creating a backchannel. On the other side Nuestar - company Joffe worked for is deeply tied into cell phone records.

MSG Greg Kelly - I certainly don't have an answer for everything. this whole conversation is pointing clearly we don't have an answer for this. What I do know is how the technology works and how to find the source material and look at what it actually says instead of what we may want it to say.

SPC David S. - You know what I find amazing that about 50 Clinton associates and bodyguards have died of mysterious circumstances or suicide. And people still think they are good people. What's the saying if it looks like it, smells like it, it must be it

MSG Greg Kelly - I agree but the Clintons are well versed in state craft and know how the game is played.

Someone already posted about this. Along with being from Fox News, the source is the highly partisan John Durham. He started his "investigation" back in October 2020 right before election.

Barr-Durham investigation again fails to produce a main event
Barr raised hard-to-meet expectations and thereby damaged the investigation itself, not to mention the FBI, Justice Department and nation.

A few quick things about jumping on Fox. Fox reported on the Hunter Biden lap the rest of the lame stream media suppressed the story. Some even stated, with out evidence, it was a Russian plot. While New York Times, CNN are busy telling lies about Sandman Fox told the truth. Both CNN and New York Times wrote checks to Sandman. The report on the Clinton DNC being involved in the fake server story doesn’t come from press releases but from court filings made public because of judicial system. Producing false filings is a big no no. A judge reprimanded the DOJ because they falsely reported on where Kamala Harris was during the Jan 6 riots and the DOJ had to amend documents. I really don’t think Durham would risk jail and his reputation with fake court filings.

Oh no, dirty politics that have been going on forever! Yeah Clinton sucks but at least she didn't try to tear down our system of free and fair elections like Trump did. After January 6th there is very little that I can hear about Trump that will make him a victim. I'm sure it was unfair to Benedict Arnold when Ethan Allen took credit for Ticonderoga, that doesn't make him any less of a traitor.
