Yesterday I posted two videos regarding the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) and today I found a video from NASA that speaks and shows an actual first image of a star! However, at this point in the master alignment phase, there are 18 separate images, one from each of the 18 mirror segments or panels. It also has a mirror segment which allows the JWST to take a selfie of its primary mirror... This is all about the segments or panels meticulous alignment to one point...
